  Late on a wet, cold, horrible Wednesday night (6/11/19), I was recovered by Hough Green Garage, Llandudno Junction, Conwy from the A55 near Llanddulas.
  
  Having had a very stressful day taking my father for a CAT scan in Bangor, I was travelling back home to Shropshire when the head gasket went on my Rav in the middle of the fast lane. I luckily drifted into the layby before the dash lit-up like Blackpool illuminations and the steering seized - I was petrified.
  
  My knight in shining armour turned up promptly and was calming, efficient and in total control and got the Rav on the pick-up. Having to spend the next 4 hours in a cab with me didnt seem to phase him!
  
  The next problem was the road between the Wrexham and Chirk was closed - ensuring a massive detour around Overton and Ellesmere - but he accepted this with good grace and a comfortable conversation settled into.
  
  Although I was extremely stressed - father extremely ill, car broken down and exhausted - the roadside mechanic was calming, professional and explained what would happen clearly. Now whilst this may be his job re-mit and somewhat expected, the reason for this review was that Cai went above and beyond.
  
  Cai was extremely calming, very professional and patient. Good conversation flowed and what was a stressful situation for me was totally diffused by such a pleasant, conscientious and sensible young man. He is an asset to your company - definitely your employee of the week! Please ensure my humble thanks are passed on to him. Diolch.
